I’m not a fan of giving out my email to random writing companies before deciding whether I can afford their services. But Samploon gave me no choice. I had to create an account and fill out paper details before starting the bidding process. To add insult to injury, the company wanted to charge me $9.99 for choosing the best writer for me. FYI, most respectable services do it for free!

Anyway, I paid around $100 for my 6-page essay with a weeklong deadline. The bids ranged from $87 to $114, and I decided to skip the cheapest offers and went with a medium-priced bid. In hindsight, I could have saved some money and gotten the same results. 

By the way, if you were expecting a Samploon.com promo code, you’re out of luck. The company is stingy with first-order offers, though I think there’s some kind of a loyalty program I won’t be joining.

Services Quality

As I’ve mentioned, for this Samploon.com review, I wanted a 6-page essay titled “Is leadership an innate or acquired personality trait?” I didn’t want to waste ten bucks, so I went through with the bidding process, which was super annoying. Most writers used stock messages without paying attention to my requirements. At times it felt like I was talking to a bot, not a human. Some writers didn’t even have experience writing for Business classes listed in their profiles, yet they promised to write a great essay. 

In the end, the bidding was a massive drain on my time and patience, but I would have allowed it if the paper I’d received had been good. As you can guess from the tone of my Samploon review, it was anything but. For one, the writer went off-topic on the second page and barely touched on the subject of leadership in a few passages. Then, they failed to cite credible references and made the paper look like a personal statement instead of an argumentative essay. Finally, the writer did not bother editing or proofreading the piece. Not only was it riddled with errors, but I’ve also found a few redundancies that were either a mistake or an attempt to reach the word count without adding much value to the paper.

I hoped support managers would be a bright spot in my angry Samploon review, but that was wishful thinking. Before I finalized the order, the agents were annoyingly persistent in their offers of assistance. But once I came complaining about paper quality and demanding revisions and then refunds, the support team turned much less approachable. At times, I had to wait half an hour to receive a response. On the other hand, I have to admit, the agents remained professional and patient throughout my angry rants, even if they didn’t help me much.

Guarantees

Considering the suspicious lack of Samploon.com reviews, I paid particular attention to revision and refund terms. The clear money-back policy alleviated my doubts. The company provides free revisions within seven days of order delivery. Moreover, they offer partial refunds for late delivery and poor quality. 

I expected to receive some of my money back, as the paper did not meet my requirements and had multiple mistakes even after the revision. Unfortunately, my refund claim is still pending, and the Quality Assurance Department hasn’t come to a decision at the time of writing.

Conclusion

What was I thinking when I trusted a non-existent Samploon.com Reddit reputation and zero genuine reviews? I got an unusable paper for $100, and I have to live with it. But you have a choice. I hope that after reading my Samploon.com review, you’ll avoid this site like the plague and find a reliable company to take care of your homework.
