GlobalHack Announces New Hire
McKenna Craigmiles to manage GlobalHack outreach and events
March 26, 2018 (ST. LOUIS) – GlobalHack, a St. Louis-based nonprofit driving social impact through technology, announced today the addition of a new staff member. McKenna Craigmiles assumed the role of Outreach and Events Manager on March 26, 2018.
McKenna will oversee recruitment and production of the organization’s various hackathon events. She brings a bevy of event-planning, community outreach, and marketing experience to the GlobalHack staff.
McKenna is a St. Louis transplant, originally from Southeast Missouri where she attended Southeast Missouri State University and received her MBA with an emphasis in marketing. During her time at SEMO, she completed internships at the Economic and Business Development Center and the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce. A graduate level internship at FleishmanHillard brought her to St. Louis with her fiancé. McKenna also has event planning experience from her time at Isle of Capri Casino in Cape Girardeau where she coordinated large-scale community events. In her free time she loves doing projects around her South City home and spending time outside with her family and two dogs, Eli and Teddy.
