Prices and Discounts

The pricing page is highly misleading. The large $6.77 for college students caught my attention, but that's the price for 100 words, not a page. Besides, it's the lowest rate for first-year students with extended deadlines and willing to settle for a non-ENL writer. Once I set realistic expectations (a 3-page paper on a 6-day deadline for my third year in college), the price skyrocketed to over $30 per page. Overall, my order total amounted to $90+, which is almost twice as much as I'd usually pay under similar circumstances. 

I didn't get an Acemypaper.com discount code as a first-time customer, though the company enrolled me into a loyalty program. Customers get a lifetime 5% discount for getting 750 points (meaning they need to spend $750), 10% for 1,500 points, and 15% off for 3,000 points. While I appreciate the thought, I don't think I'll ever spend that much on this service.

Services Quality

The order form was annoying because I had to share my email and phone number and jump through the hoops to finally see the price estimate. While all the fields were standard, I suggest you pay attention to the "I want a specific kind of expert" toggle on the Key Details tab. That's where I learned the top 2% of their writers were not all ENL speakers. After that, the process went smoothly, and I waited patiently for my paper to arrive.

Now for the most exciting part of this Ace My Paper review. My usual order of an essay titled "Is leadership an innate or acquired trait?" turned out better than expected. The paper was well-structured, and the writer offered several solid points with plenty of evidence. However, I found a couple of illogical conclusions and some grammar mistakes. Overall, I was happy with the essay, though I believe it's ridiculously overpriced.

SiteJabber

The service sure looks impressive, with 52 reviews and a rating of 4.94 stars on SiteJabber. I could only find one complaint about late delivery, while the rest of the AceMyPaper reviews praised writers and support agents. And although some posts looked a bit awkward and stilted, I couldn't say for sure they were doctored. I guess the company offered incentives to clients for posting reviews, but there's nothing wrong with that.

Trustpilot

AceMyPaper is among the few writing services still present on Trustpilot. The company has an impressive rating of 4.8 stars based on 47 reviews and only one negative post. Most reviewers are happy with writing quality and prompt delivery, and company representatives are fast to respond to customer comments, which is more than I can say about my live chat support experience. 

Reddit

Despite dozens of positive posts on SiteJabber and Trustpilot, I failed to locate any Acemypaper.com Reddit reviews. It seems like the company isn't all that popular among Redditors, and there isn't even a corporate subreddit. 

Other Review Websites

I skimmed several independent takes on AceMyPaper and got some conflicting reports. Some, like Essay Advisor, had troubles similar to mine with the order process and lacking social media presence. Others, like Writing Service Reviews, Revieweal, and Essay Services Reviews, were primarily positive, with a few scattered complaints about confusing pricing, which I can get behind.

Social Media Activity

Facebook 

The writing service is clearly not interested in wasting time on social media. Unfortunately, I didn't find an official Facebook page, so I have no idea if there are any genuine Ace My Paper reviews out there.

Twitter

I did find an AceMyPaper Twitter account registered in 2010, though it only has one tweet, and I doubt it has anything to do with this writing service. 

Youtube

There's no Youtube content, either. AceMyPaper doesn't have a channel, and there are no customer reviews on Youtube.

Customer Support

I'm not a huge fan of the AceMyPaper customer support team operating the live chat. I had a couple of questions before placing the order, but I spent over 30 minutes talking to the agent. Their answers did not always match my questions, like they were throwing random stock responses at me, hoping to get it right. And then they became highly pushy, pressuring me to place the order before I got all the info I needed. Hopefully, I just got unlucky and stumbled upon a trainee customer support manager who'll get better in time.

Guarantees

You know this Acemypaper.com review would be incomplete without a detailed look at the fine print of the refund policy. Overall, it's surprisingly clear and specific. For instance, you can get 10% of the payment back for formatting mistakes or up to 30% for grammar and other errors. Of course, you'll have to prove you're right first, which takes time and effort some students are unwilling to waste. 

At the same time, I was not too fond of the promise of a 20% refund in case the paper was delivered late. That seemed unfair, especially for urgent orders that can make or break the academic record. 

Conclusion

If you're feeling more confused after finishing this AceMyPaper review than before you read it, I'm with you. While I was mostly happy with the essay I got, the rest of my experience was too confusing and annoying for me to try this service again. But if you have the money and patience to spare, feel free to give it a try. Just don't say I didn't warn you.
