Matt has spent the last 4+ years working in the St. Louis startup community. He served as the Director of Operations and Venture Partner, respectively for two nationally-ranked accelerator programs, Capital Innovators and SixThirty. In June of 2012, he was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 30 Under 30 list of up-and-coming young professionals. Matt is a former AmeriCORPS VISTA member and is an alumni of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs. Matt is also a co-founder of an online resource-sharing tool for nonprofits called GoodMap, which won $30,000 in seed funding through the YouthBridge Social Enterprise Competition in April 2013. Matt is an active triathlete, photographer, and chess instructor.

Delia is a recent graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, having acquired degrees in Economics and Healthcare Management. Prior to Washington University, she attended a french international school in Paris, France and the National Cathedral School in Washington D.C. In college, Delia worked for Washington University’s Summer Programs and Conference Services, first as a Programming Intern and later as a Conference Assistant and Transition Coordinator. She has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and has taught at Washington University in the Brown-in-Balance program, and in the St. Louis community at PuraVegan Cafe. In her free time, Delia likes to code, speak Italian, and cook.

Director, Youth Programs
Beth has 5+ years of working in experiential youth programming. She formerly served as the Youth Leadership St. Louis Director at FOCUS St. Louis, a nonprofit organization that develops leadership in the St. Louis region. She developed curriculum and facilitated leadership development programs for 160 high school juniors throughout 33 schools. She also taught eighth grade in south Texas through Teach for America, a national corps of individuals that dedicated two years to teaching in low-income schools. She currently serves on the board for Launch St. Louis and manages their online tool LaunchMe, which serves to connect young and talented individuals to nonprofit young friend boards.

Drew is a co-founder of GlobalHack and CEO of Juristat, a legal technology company based in St. Louis that provides patent prosecution analytics to law firms and in-house counsels. Juristat’s clients include IBM, Phillips, Kyocera, Verizon, 3M and 5 of the 15 largest patent law firms in the US. Drew’s passion for hackathons was started when Juristat was founded out of St. Louis’s first Startup Weekend. Drew later co-hosted the first National Day of Civic Hacking in St. Louis. He has a passion for growing the St. Louis Startup ecosystem through hackathons and developing software that will have a lasting impact on the world.

James is a veteran software developer and architect. He has been a key member in several companies and startups in the St. Louis area including Lumate which creates the infrastructure for mobile user data to be actionable and improve user interactions. James has experience bringing ideas into the real world and a fever for creation.
